Meet The Team
Jacob graduated from Queen's University in 2008, with a degree in Engineering Physics. He has been working for Quantum Engineering as an engineer for many years, but is also pursuing schooling in architecture, and is the lead designer in the office.

David began building homes over 25 years ago. His vision was to run a construction firm that was environmentally conscious, to create quality homes, and be engaged with the community in a positive way. He splits his time between running IHD, its sister engineering/design firm Quantum Engineering, and riding his many bikes.

Brad has been a big part of IHD for many years. He is a valuable asset to the company as a foreman, and also leads IHD Hydronics, which installs and maintains solar in-floor hydronic heating systems. Brad has a passion for the outdoors, and can often be found camping, sailing, or cycling.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Shana received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Certificate in Sustainability at Lipscomb University. Shana has been with IHD since 2010 and oversees the accounting, sustainability, and health and safety.

Blue has had a long and successful career with the IHD security detail. He fills his days chasing squirrels, taking naps by the front door, and going along on field review when his services are required.
